KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Feiner's Organi2ation, Inc., a Ftorida corporation, party of
the first part, in consideration of the s un of Ten Dollars and other
~ valuabie considerations, received from or on behalf of Norman F.
Solomon as trustee or his assigns, party of the second~part, at or
before the ensealing and deiivery of these presents, the receipt

transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part certain ~

in 0. R. BOOK 98, page 203, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Together with the right to enforce said judgment or collect the monies
due and to become due thereon. Said assignment is without recourse.

part, his heirs, Iegal representat~ves, successors, and assigns for-
ever.
