KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
That Feiner's Organization, Inc., a Florida corporation, party of
the first part, in co~sideration of the sum of Ten Dotlars and other
valuable consic~erations, received from or on behalf of Norman F.
Solomon as trustee or i~is assigns, party of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these p~esents, the receipt ~
--~~-"~--w ereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, seil, assign
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part certain
judgments bearing date the 21st day of July, 1961, against J. W.
Dickson and Reba Dickson, his wife, in the sum of Six Thousand Six
Hundred Forty Nine and 70/i00 Dollars ($6,6~+9.70) and recorded in
0. R. BOOK 127, page 37, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Together with fihe right to enforce said judgment or coliect the monies
due and to become due thereon. Said assignment is without recourse.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLO the same unto the said party of the second
part, his heirs, iegal representatives, successors, and assigns for-
ever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal this the 17th
day of June, 1968.
