KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: CLERK CIRCUtT COURT
That NORMAN F. SOLOMON, as Trustee, party of the first
part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Doilars and other valuable considerations,
received from or on behaif of INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORP. , a F[orida
corporationt or its assigns, party of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and d~[fvery of these presents, the receipt whereof fs hereby
~ acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer and set over unto
the said party of the second part certain ~udgments bearing date of the
2lst day of July. 1961, against J.W. Dickson and Reba Dickson, his wife~
in the sum of Six Thousand. Six Hux~dred and Forty Nine and 70%0 Dollars
($6,649.70) and recorded in Official Records Book 127, Page 37~ Public
Records of Sa~nt Lucie County. Florida; Together with the riqht to enforce
said ~udgment or coilect the monies due and to become due thereon. Said
assignment is without recourse.
