WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this v~ L~ day of ~ . D. 1968 between
ELISA LIBORIO. of Pittafield, County of Be hire, Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
party of the first part, and HENRY C. LIBORIO~ whose poat office address is c/o
William F. Henderson. ?4 North Street, Pittsfield, Maseachusetts, party of the second
part.
WITNESSETH, That the said Party of the firat part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars+ and other good and valuable consideration to her in hand paid by
the said~ party of the eecond part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted , bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs aad aseigne
forever, the following described land, aituate, lying and being in the County of Indian
Rive r, in the State of Florida, to wit: An undivide~ one••half iaterest in end to the
following described property:
Tract 3, Section 26, Township 33 South , Range 39 East,
according to the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms .
Company, filed inthe office of the ~lerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County~ Florida in Piat Book 2, Page 25; said land
now lying and being in Indian River County; Florida.
and the said part~y of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same agaiast the lawful claims of a11 persons whomsoever.
