A-1 (agriculture) to B-3 (arterial business).
That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit:
Parcel #1 - Nettles Island and Submerged Land:
Start at the NE corner of Section 3, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East; thence run North 89°38'22" West along the
North line of said Section 3, a distance of 1331.65 feet;
thence run South 00°08'21" East, a distance of 1557.$6

East a distance of 559.54 feet; thence run South 40°30'
