has this day instituted suit against MICHAEL P. WEINZIRL and DOR~TH
M. WEINZIRL, his wife, et al, as Defendants, in the Circuit Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and f or St. Lucie County,
Florida, and by said suit seeks to f oreclose Articles of Agreements
