TO AAVS AND TO HOLD said Yiqht-of-way and easement unto
said Grantae, its succesaors and assigns forever.
1'he Grantors aqree not to build, construct or create,
or permit others to build, construct or create any buildinga or

other structures within ten (lOj feet on each side of the actual
pipeline or pipelines to be laid or installed within the above-

described property as hereinafter limited.
The Gran~ee agrees with the arantora, ~their heirs and
assigns, as follows:
1. ~hat the pipeline or pipelines to be laid and main-
tained under this grant and easement shall be lowered in depth by
~
the Grantee and at~i.ts expense, forthwith upon the request of the
Grantor, in the event that a spu.z rail~ctad track, road or high-
way is constructed upon the above-described lands, to a depth
sufficient to prevent interference with the construction arid use ~
of such a spua~ railroad track, road or hiqhway.
2. 1'hat the pipeline or pipelines to be laid and main-
tained under this grant and easement shall be laid and maintained
at least three (3) feet below the surface of the qround in order
to permit nonaal cultivation and Grantors shall have the right to
fully use and enjoy the full use of the above-described lands sub
ject to the right-of-way and easement herein granted.
3. That the Grantee ahall dispose of trees and timber
not needed for the laying of the pipeline or pipelines by cutting
tree trunks and larqer limbs of not less than eiqht (8j feet and ~
