Grantors.
4. That the Grantee shall indemnify and save harmless
the Grantors, their heirs and asaiqns, of and from all, and all .
manner of action and actions, cause and cauaea of action, suits,
debts, accounts, bills, contracts, controversies, agreements,
promises, damaqes, judgments, executions, claima ar.3 demands
whatsoever, in law or in equity, growinq out of or arisinq fronn, ~
in any manner whatsoever, their use of the above-described lands
and of their exercise of the right-of way and easement herein
granted, except for breach of warranty by l~rantors.
T'he right-of-way and easement herein granted is speci-
fically made subject to the following covenants and conditions.
upon the mutual aqreement of ~he Grantors and Grantee, to-wit:
l. The pipeline or pipelines and the appurtenances
thereto shall be laid and maintained within the North ten (10)
feet of the fifty (50) foot wide strip of land her~inabove dea-
cribed.

~ 2. This right-of-way and easement is given and qranted

~ for the sole purpose of giving and granting unto the Graritee, ita
~ successors and assigns, a right-of-way and easement in and to
said lands for the specific purposes set out hereinabove, and, in
the event such use shall not be made of said lands by the Grantee
within a period of six (6) months frar? the date hereof, or such
uae by Grantee_shall be diacontinued or abandoned, the riqht-of-
way and easement herein qranted shall automatically terminate and
the riqht~ therein shall revert to the Grantors, their heire and

-3. This written aqreement between the Grantora and the
Grantee contains all of the termo, covenants and conditions of
