remaved from the ditch line shall be burned or disposed of in a
manneY acceptable to Grantor. And payment due hereuader may be
made direct to the said Grantor or any one of them.
Thia easement is given with the understanding that the
pipeline or pipelines_and appurtenances shall be confined to the
North 25 ~eet of the 50-foot wide atrip of land described above.
It is understood and agreed that Grantee will replace all
fences without any cost to Grantor. And it is further agreed that
at any future date Grantee should have to remwe the fences, that
Grantee will bear the coslts of transporting and~boarding Grantor's
horses until the fences have been restored, and the pasture re-seeded
at Grantee's expenae. (Said horses being maintained on the sub~ect
Premises). _ , -
Further, this easemeat ia made for the purpose of giving and
granting to the Grantee, its succes'~ors and assigns, a right of
way and easement in and to said lands for the purposes as set aut
above, and in the event such use by Grantee be discontinued or
abandoned, the hereby granted easement shall automatically
terminate.
It is understood that the peraon securing this grant is
without suthority from Grantee to make any agreements with the
Grantor with respect to the subject matter hereof not herein
expressed.
The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon and
inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators,
deviaees, successors, trustees or assigns of the par.ties hereto.
