5. If any gayment provided for in that note ia not paid within 30 daps after it becomea
due, or if any agreement in thia mortgage other than the agrcement w make the payments ia
breached, the mtire unpaid principal balance of that note shall immediately be~me dne at the
option of the Mortgagee and the Mortgagee ma~r foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided
