HomeMy WebLinkAbout2441 . ; . . . . . ~ . . . - 16~893g ~,~'~ys ~I' D 8 E D WNER~AS, by Chapter 67-269, General Laws of 1967, it is required that on or by October 1, 1967, the Florida Board of Par:~s and Historic Memorials shall transfer and convey to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida by properly executed deed, title to all real property owned by such Board and the officers thereof, and all the right, title and interest in other properties which the Board and its officers ~ manage and control, and • WHEREAS, the Florida Board of Parks and Historic Memorials owns, or claims to own, the real property hereinafter described and ` desires to convey the same to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement . Fund of the State of Florida in compliance with the foregoing statutory provision, NOFi THEREFORE, TAIS INDENTURE made this day of , A. D. 1967, between the Florida Board of Parks and Historic Memorials, party of the first part, and the Trustees of the Internal Improvement . Fund of the State of Florida for the use and benefit of the State ' of Florida, party of the second part; W I T N E S S E T H E i That the ~lorfda Board of Parks and Historic Memorials, . party of the first part, pursuant to the mandate of the Legislature of Florida, hereinbefore mentioned, and in further consideration of the mutual covenants bet~,reen the parties hereto, does hereby and herewfth convey, transfer, deliver and set over to the Trustees of ~ i • the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, party of the second part, their successors and assiy,ns ~forever, all that certain parcel or parcels of land, more particularly described as follows: _ All those lands described in deed of conveyance from the City of Fort Pierce to the Florida Board of Parks and Historic Memorials, dated May 7, 1964 and recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida in deed book 89 on page 230, and in Dedication No. 23459-A Coirective, dated March 2, 1965 and recorded ia deed book 114 on page 464 comprising Jack Island 5tate Park, subject, ho~rever, to all coaditions, reservations and restrictions in the said deed and dedication contained.
