alley-way or thorough~ase pwcposes but which is needed for the locatior.

both naw existing and ahich may be installed in the future.

that tertain 16 foot alley-way lying north of and parallel to Indiana

the Citv of Fort Pierce, Florida, as per plat thereof on file in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the sanae is hereby

vacated and abandoned as a public alley or thoroughfare~ saving and
reserving unto the City of Fost Pierce, Florida,•an easement for all
utilily purposes over the entire tract, said easement including but
not being limited to instal~a?tion and maintenance of poles, electric
transmission liries, nstural gas lines, water l~ines, sewer liqQe and
any or all utilities vrt~tsoever. - '
