BE IT ORDAINED BY THS PBOPLS OF TI~ CIT~ OF FORT PIERCI3, FIARIDsA:
Section l. T:~~° territorial limita of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, be and they are hereby eatended to annex to the-said City
the following described lands, to-wit:
Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block "D" of Maravilla Heighta
as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 1, of the Public
Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida; aaid pro-
_ perty having a frontage of 150 feet on the east
side of Maravilla Boulevard, by a depth of 220
feet.
Section 2. That the Tax Aasessor of St. Lucie County and the
Tax Collector of St. Lucie County are directed to place upon and add
to the assessment roll afld to collect the taxes on the lands described )
in Section 1 hereof for the year 1968 and subsequent years, and to
enter the same at such valuation that it will bear an equal and ~uat
proportion of taxes for the year ~968 and subsequept years thereto.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to
De published once a week for Pour consecutive weeks in the Newa .
Tribune in Fort Pierce, Florida, and to post three copies of this
Ordinance in a conspicuous place 1n the City Hall in the City of Fort
Pierce and three copies in a conspicuous place on the tract herein-
before described, said posting to be for four consecutive week$,
Section 4. That upon this Ordinance becoming effective the lan3s
hereinabove deacribed and annexed to the territorial limits of the City
of Fort Pierce shall b~r~8nd the aame are hereby zoned for R-2 land
usea, in accordance with the zoning ordinances of the City of Fort
Plerce, Florida.
