use8 for public purposes and 18 of no further public use to the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
NOW, THSREFORS, BE IT ORD~AINSD BY TI~ PSOPLS OF THS CI'I'Y
OF FORT PIERC$, FLORILIA :
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, that cert8ln ten Paot alley aa platted in and lyinR
ad~acent to Lots ~1 through 6, inclu$1ve, Block 2, (311dden~s Re-
Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file ia Plat Hook 7, Page 6,
Public Recorda of St. Iucie County, Florida, be and the same i$
hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley. .
Section 2. ~'hat in the event the above described property,
• or any portion thereof, is divided between two or more oamers, the
ten Poot alley will revert back to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Section 3. Thia Ordinance shall be and become effective
imtnediately upon final gaseage.
