WF~BRBAS, a portion of a certain utility easement was vac~?ted
and abandoned by the City of Fort Pierce in Ordinance No. F-46; arxi
WHERSAS, it is necessary to more exactly describe the postion
of said easement being vacated and abandoned;
BE IT ORDAII~ED BY THB PSOPLE OF THfi CITY OF F'tltT PIPRCE~ F'I.ORIDAt
. S~CTION]. That Section 1 of Ordinance l~b. F-46 be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the follo~rings
"The intent of said action is to vacate and abandon
that part of the public utiZity easement lying 6
feet on both sides of the South bounda?ry line of
Lot 14~ Block 17~ SIJI~fl2ISE ESTAIES, Plat Book 8~
Page 75, excepting so much thereof as lies within
6 feet of the West boundary line of said Lot 14~
and within 6 feet of the West boundary line of ,
said Lot 14, extended 6 feet Southerly."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
fina?1 passage.
