' This cause coming an to be heard upon the Petition of the
State of Florida by and through Earl Faircloth, her Attorney General,
on the relation of 8roward FTillis~s as Scate Treasurer and ex officio
Insurance Conmissioner of Florida, for Injpnction And Appointment Of
Receiver, and the Court upon consideration of the Petition and being
fully advised in the premises finds that: ~
By Order of the Supreme Court of New York, County of NeW York,
dated July 5, 1968, the Respondent vas adjudged to be insolvent. -
By telegram dated July~9, 1968, Richard E. SteWart,
Domiciliary Liquidator of Workmen's and Suffolk Mutual Insurance Company,
entered his special appearance to the Petition For Injunction And
Appointment Of Receiver, for the purposF of consenting to the entry of
an Order appointing the Honorable Broward Willisma as Ancillary Receiver
of ~lorkmen's and Suffolk Mutual Insurance Company, waiving process,
notice of hearing, and consenting to the entry of such Order.

WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
