Ancillary Receiver of ~orkmen's end Suffolk Mutual Insuzance Compa~y
for the purposes of liquidation and as Ancillary Receiver be and hereby ~
is ordered and directed to: ~
(1) Take immediate posseasion of all the property,~
assets and estate, including, but not limited to. all offices
maintained by the Respondent, and all rights of action, books,
papers, evidence of debt, and all other property of every
kind whatosever, vheresoever locaEed in this Stete,
belonging to 8aid Respondent, including, ~ut not
limited to, a11 baak accounta, stocks, bonde, '
•debentures, mortgages, furniture, fixtures and office
supplies, and all real property of said Reapondent,
situate in Florida, and to hold all auch ~asets pending
further Orders of this Court. _
(2) Proceed to collect any and all debte due ,
and owing Respondent, including, but not limited to,
funds held by agents of the Reapondent due end oving
to Respondent,
(3) App~y to thia Court for further instructions
_ in the discharge of his duties. •
(4) Appoint one or more Deputy Receivers to act
for him and to employ such counsel, clerka and assistants
as he deems necessary, and further authorizing the
compensation of such Deputies, counsel, clerks and
assistants and all expenses of taking possession of the
assets of Respondent and of conducting these proceedings
as fixed by the Ancillary Receiver and approved by this

Court, to be paid out of the funds or assets of the t
Respondent in the possSssion of the Ancillary Receiver or
coming into hia posseasion.
