(S) Commence and maintain all legal actione
necessary for the conduct of this Receivership.
(6) Not defend legal actions wherein Respondent is
a party defendant, commenced either prior to or aubsequent
to his eppointme~nt aa Ancillary Receiver.
(7) Publish notice once each Week for three consecutive
weeks of the time fixed for the filiag o# claims against
the Respondent, WORKMEN'S AND SUFFOLK MUTUAL INSURANCE
COMPANY, in newspapers of general circulation in Dade,
•Hillsborough, Broward, Duval and Leon Counties, Florida,
which notice shall specify the time and place ~rithin
which all persons having claims against iiorkmen's and
Suffolk Mutual Insurance Company shall present such
claims to the Ancillary Receiver, or be forever berred.
All of said claims shal! be filed vith the Ancillary
Receiver on uniform claim forms prescribed and
furnished by him.
(8) In his judgment liquidate aZl of Respondent~s
bonds on deposit vith the State Treasurer of Florida in ~
the original approximate aa~ount of $82,000.00 as of
July 9, 1968, convert to cash so much of same as may
be necessary to pay claims and receivership expenses,
and hold such funds and all other assets coming into his
hands subject to further Orders of this Court.
(9) All persons within the jurisdiction of this Court
who have in their possession, custody or control, assets
of the Respondent, of any kind whatsoever and ~rheresoever
situated in this State, including, but not limited to,
monies, books or records, bank accounts, stocks, bonds,
de~entures, mortgages, furniture, fixtures and office
supplies, and all real or personel property, are directed
