first duly sworn, under oath depc~ses and says that:
She is a single woman now residing in the City of

Audrey L. Brooks, a single woman, who was named as one of the
Grantor's in a certain Warranty Deed dated June 24, 1968, in
which she, Audrey L. Brooks, a single woman, together with ETTA
E, RECTOR, a single woman, as tenants in common, conveyed certain
lands located in St, I,ucie County, Florida, to Claude E. Rathgeber
and Jo Ann Rathgeber, his wife; and that she is not one and the
same person as Audrey L. Brooks, a Grantee named in that certain
Warranty Deed dated February lU, 1967, executed by John Grayson
