RSSOLUTION NO. 68-81
WI~REAS, K. D. CASSENS and NORMA F. CASSENS, his wife,
St. Lucie County, Florida, ANNE COOPER TARBELL and CHARLOTTE

COOPSR NORTH, of Belfast, Maine, are the sole owners in fee
simple title of the following described lands situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit; Lot One of the Southwest Quarter ~
tSW 1/4) of Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, accord-
ing to a survey made by Miller Hallowes for T.he Model Land Company,
December, 1922, as recorded in.Plat Book 4, at page 34, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, none of the said lands have been sold by the
applicants~herein or their predecessors in title to any other
parties according to designated Lots or Blocks of said Subdivision,
RI~ND TERRACE: and
WHEREPIS, the one street designated in said Subdivisior?
Plat as Parkway Avenue has never, in fact, been made into a street,
roadway or proper thoroughfare; and
WHEREAS, all of said lands comprising and being in said
Subdivision, RICHLAND TERRACE, are now and have been used for :

many years, as a citrus grove; and ~
WI~REA.S, all State and County ad valorem taxes and all ~
Drainage District taxes on all of said lands, due and payable on
this date, have been fully paid; and
WHERF.AS, K. D. CASSENS and NORMA F. CASSENS, his wife, ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, ANNE COOPER TARBELL and C;fiARLOTTE COOPER
NQRTH, of Belfast, Maine, have petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, under the provisions
of Section 192.29 and Section 192.30, Florida Statutes, to vacate
in whoZe said plat of said subdivision, RICIII~AND TERRP,CE, return- ~

ing all property, covered by said plat, in whole, into acreage for ~
