D. 1968, by A~ H. SHAPIRO and DOROTHY E~ SHAPIRO, his wif~, hereinafter called the grantors, to DOROTHY E~ SHAPIRO whose post office address is 2805 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, as grantee, ~z~ hereinafter called the party of the second part; and to A, H~ SHAPIRO, whose post office address is 2805 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, as grantee, and hereinafter called the party of the third part: WHEREAS, grantors by deed dated March 1951, recorded in Deed Book 163, page 454 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, acquired from A. Baxter Liebler and Frances Marks Liebler, his wife, in an estate by the en- ~ tirety, real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows; All that part of the following described property lying East of ~ the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railway: ~ Lot 3 of McCarty's Subdivision of Government Lot 2, in Section . 23, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 198, of the public records of St. Lucie Co~nty, Florida, together with riparian rights. ; EXCEPTING From the above all rights-of-way of public roads. ~ E ~ TOGETHER with all household furniture, furnishings, f~tures, t and appliances in the dwelling thereon situate or appurtenant thereto.
