to the hereinabove described real and personal property; and that the grantors,
for and in consideration of the further sum of $10.00 and other valuable con-
siderations, recei pt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto A, H.
SHAPIRO, as grantee and party of the third part, an undivided one-half interest
in and to the hereinabove described real and personal property.
TOGETHER, with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
