attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
GRUMMAN AIRCR.AFT ENGINEERiNG CORPORATION, its successors and
assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
mortgages, and every part thereof; provided always, neverthelesa, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminiah the effec:, lien
or incumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said
mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any bf the rights and
remedies of the holder thereof.
