1968, BETWEEN RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD, JR. , as Eacecutor of the Estate of
RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD, SR., DBCFASID, Party of the First Part, and RUPERT
N. K03LDGARD, JR., individually, and RUHI. W. KOBLEGARD, of 125 South
Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and FRANCES K. HARCUS, of 111
Denbar Road, BloomfieZd, Michigan, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: That said Party of the First Part for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration to
him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold and transferred and by these presents does c~rant, bargain,
sell and transfer unto the said RUPERT N. KOBLE~ARD, JR., individually,
an undivided one-half (1/2 ) interest ; to RUI-II_, W. KOBLEGARD an undi.vided
one-fourth (1/4) interest; and to FRANCES K. HARCUS an undivided one-

fourth (1/4) interest, being all the interest the Estate of RUPERT N.
KOBLEGARD, SR., DBCEASID has in that certain parcel of land lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows :

Township 34 South, Range 40 East, together with riparian
rights, which is the same property as:
The West 10 acres of Lot 2 in Section 26, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, together with riparian rights.
Z'O HAVE AND TO HOiLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
~ and every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right ~
of dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining. +
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
