IT IS DISTINCTLY UNDBRSTOOD AND AGREBD that the property described ~

above shall be used for residential purposes only, and is conveyed subject i_
to the follawing conditions, limitations, restrictions and reservations: !

1. No structure of a temporary character, trailer, tent, basement, ;
~I shack, garaAe, barn, or other outbuilding shall be used on said property ~

at any time, either temporarily or permanently. No wire fence shall be
erected around the boundary of said tract, and no fence or hedge shall be ~
over four (4) feet in height.
2. No building shall be more than one story above the roa~ level.
1 3. No building shall be constructed on said property unless the
front line of such building shall be at least twenty (20) feet removed
from the front line of the property, and sideline of such building at
least ten (10) feet removed from the sidelines of the property upon which !
same is constructed. !

' 4. The plans and locations of all buildings to be erected should ;

their approval thereof obtained in writing before any work on said building
