Florida Statu~es, did pursuant to the requirements of said Section
215.56, Florida Statutes, duly adopt a~resolution approving the issuance
. ~
of sai.d $5~s71b,000 State School Bonds by the State Board of Education.
~ 11. That upon the filing of the complaint herein for the
validation of said State School Bor.3s, an Order to Show• Cau~e was issued
by this Court requiring the State of Florida, the several property owners,
taxpayers, citizens and others having or claiming any right, title or
interest in the property to be affected by the plaintiff~s issuance of
the State School Bonds, therein described, or who may be aff~cted i» any
way thereby, to appear at the time and place therein set out, to wit, at
the courthouse in Tallahassee, Florida, on the 28th day of ~.ay, 1968, and
shoc: cause wl~y said Sta.te~School Bonds, and the proceedings authorizing
the issuance thereof, should not bE v~lidated and confirmed as prayed by
plaintiff; that said Order to Show Cause was duly published by the Clerk
of said Court in a newspaper published in each of the Counties of Bay, -
~ Bradford, Brevard, Broward, Columbia, Dade, Duval, Hernando, Iiighlands,
. ~ Nillsborough, Indian River, Manatee, Orange, Pinellas, Putnam, Leon and
St. Lucie, Florida, once each week for three consecutive weeks, the first-

publication having been more than tvrenty (20) days prior to May 28, 1968,
the date set for hearing, as required by Chapter 75, Florida Statutes,
and as tirill more fully appear by reference to the affidavits of the
publishers of said ne~~spapers filed herein; and a copy of s~id complaint
aild of said Order to Shoc,t Cause were duly served uFon the respective
State Atto2•neys for the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County,
Flerida, the Third Judicial Circuit in anci fc~r Colu..-~bia County, Florida,
the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, the Fifth
Judic~al Circuit in ~:~3 for Hernand~ County, Florida, the S~xth Judicial
Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Seventh Judicial C~rcuit
