of said State School ~onds~ i.ssued for and on behalf of ~the Counties ~ ~
of Bay, Broward, Columbia, Dade, Duval, Highlands and St. Lucie,
Flori.da, for capital outlay projects for. junior colleges in said
Counties after July 1, 1968 will be valid and legal i.n all respects
as long as such.State School Bonds are issued during the period such .
junior colleges are~still under the control and jurisdiction of said
respectiv~ Boards of Public Tnstruction pursuant to an order duly made '
by the~State Board of Education of Florida postponing the transfer of
the control and jurisdiction ~f such junior colleges to the Trustees ~
of the respective Junior College Districts pursuant to said statute
referred to in this paragraph. •
15. That the principal of and interest on said ~tate School
Bonds will be payable solely from said motor vehicle license taxes ~
accruing to and distributable to the accounts of the Boards cf Public '
Instruction of the Counties for and on behalf of which said State School
Bonds are to be issued, in the manner provided in said School Capital
.Outlay Amendment and said resolutions of plaintiff attached to the ~
complaint herein as Exhibits A-1 to P-l, inclusive, pari passu with
; the State School Bonds heretofore issued for and on behalf of the re-
~ spective Boards of Public Instruction, pursuant to said Original Resolu-
~ -
tions and said Supplemental Resolutions, and no hol~er of said State
School Bonds or the coupons appertaining thereto shall ever be entitled
to require payment of the principal of or intexest on said State School
Bc~lss from ~ny funds of the State of Florida, the State Board oi Educa-
tion of Florida, the Counties of Bay, Bradford, Bre;rard, Brbward, Columbia,,
Uad~, Ihz~•al, Hernando, Highi.ands, Hillsbo ~~~•a~~, Ir~ci ~an River, Manatee,
~ ~range, :'~nellas, Putnam and St. Lucie, or the B~~rds of Public Instruc-
