].6. That the m~ttexs and fACts alle~ed in the complaint herein
are true, and that the praceedin~s at~thorizing the issuance of said State
School Bonds by plaintiff and all proceedings to~validate the same have
been in strict~~compliance ~rith the Constitutlon and all Statutes and laws
of Florida pert~.ining thereto, and that plaintiff is entitled to the
relief prayed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AN1) DECREED:
(a) That the issuance of the State Board of Tsducation of ~
Florida, State School Bonds as provided by plaintiff~s resolutions
adopted April 9, 1968, attached to,the complaint herein as Exhibits
A-l to P-l, inclusive, and heretofore filed in this cause, is for a
proper and J.egal purpose and is fully authorized by law.
(b) That said resolutions of plaintiff adopted April 9, 1968,
attached to the complaint herein as Exhibits A-1 to P-l, inclusive, and
the provisions made therein for the payment of said State School Bonds
and interest thereon, and all provisions and covenants contained therein,

are hereby declared to be valid ancl in full compliance ~~rith the Constitu-
~ tion of Florida and all applicable laws of the Sta~e of Florida.
(c) That the motor vehicle license taxes pledged to satisfy ~
plaintiff's obligations as covenanted in said resolutions adopted by
plaintiff on April 9, 1968, attached to the complaint herein as Exhibits
A-1 to P-1, inclusive, are lawfully pledged for that purpose.
(d) That said State School Bonds issued in conPormity V~ith
said resolutions adopted by plaintiff on April 9, 1q68, attached to the
complaint herein as Exhibits A-1 to P--1, inclusive, will be obligations i
of the State Boaru oi' Educa ;;ion of Florida, payable exclusi.vely fror.2 ~
saicl motor vehicle license taxes specifically pledged and provided for
said purpose by said resolutions.
(e) That said State School Bot~ds, and each of them, to re !
issued pursuar~t to said resolutions ad~~ ~~c~ by plaintiff on Apri.l 9,
1968, attached to ~:he compla~.nt herein as Exhibits A--1 to P-l, inclusive,
