Grantor, of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, party of the First Part, and June Carleton

WITNFSSETH:
That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the party of the Second Part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Party of the
Second Part, her heirs, and assigns forever, the following described real property. and
rights and interests as set forth below and in real property located and situate in the County of
