MORTGAGB MODIFICATION AGRESMENT
Agreement made this 31st day of July, 1968, between
F. BURTON SMI~I and ROBSRT L. WAGNSR, jointly and severally,
their heirs and assigns, b~th of Orlando, Florida, hereinafter
;eferred to as First Parties and STRAZZULLA BROTHSRS COMPANY,
a co-partnership composed of FRAI~IIt R. S'~'RAZZULLA, PIiILIP STRA-
ZZULI,A, DOMII+TIC STRAZZUL?~A_• J_OHI~T F. STRAZZULLA and JOSEPH P.
STRAZZULLA, hereinafter referred to as Second Party.

T'his Agreement is executed for and with the intention of
modifying that certain mortgage between FLORIDA-MAID CITRUS
CORPORATION, a Florida corparation, and STRAZZULI,A BROTBSRS
- COI~ANY, a co-partnership, dated June 20, 1962 and recorded
June 21, 1962 in Official Records Book 39 at page 291 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which said mort-
gage has been modified by the follawing documents:
