W I T N$ S S E T H:
WIiSRBAS, a mortgage payment in the amount of $80,055.00
principal with $13,354.22 interest was due on July 1, 1968, from
First Parties to Second Party, and First Parties have requested
, of Second Party an extension o,~ time on said payment, and the ~
Parties hereto have negotiated and agreed and consented that
it would be in the l3es.t interest cf First Parties and Second
Party to modify and alter certain provisions of the original
mortgage dated June 20, 1962 in the original principal sum of
$720,495.00 as modified by subsequent agreements set out above,
NOW, THSREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
and considerations accrued to the Parties hereto, it is agreed
as follaws:
1. Z'hat the First Parties will pay to the Second Party
upon execution of this Mo=tgage Modification Agreement the sum
of $52,000.00 to be applied first to interest and then to prin-
cipal due on July 1, 1968; payment of the remaining $41,409.22
of the payment due on July 1, 1968, is hereby deferred by Second
Party until on or before November 1, 1968, with interest thereon
at the rate of 796 from July 1, 1968 to date of payment.
2. 'T'he remaining principal balance of the mortgage after
the payment above set out on or before November l, 1968, which
remaininq principal balance is $454,113.6a is payable as follaws:
July 1, 1969 $50,457.07 plus interest ~
July l, 1970 50,457.07 plus interest 4
July 1, 1971 50,457.07 plus interest '
