3. Interest payments shall be made semi-annually on Jan-
uary 1 and July 1 of each year at the rate of 696 per annum on
the unpaid principal balance until the said principal balance
of said mortgage is paid in full.
PROVIDI~D the First Parties in consideration of the above
extension and modification and other valuable considerations
do hereby agree to pay the principal sum and interest as each
installment becomes due and to comply with all other terms and
conditions of said note and mortgage, and provided, hawever,
that the liability of the First Parties is liinited to the land
only.
IN WITNESS WI~:REOF the Firs t Parties and the Second Party
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written.
