eonaideration of the sum Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
tathem in hand paid the said party of the second part, the receipt Whereof
is herebq acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said partq of
the second paYt, its successors and assigns, forever, the folloWing described
land situate, lqing and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
to-vit:

Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded as
follows: -
On the south, by a line parallel to, and 10, 208. 85
