WITNESSETH; That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum Ten Dollars and other good aad valuable considerations
to it in hand paid by the said party of the aecond part, the receipt at?ereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party o#
the second part, its successors and assigns, farever, the folloWing described
land situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
to-wit:

Subject to taxes for the current and subsequent years, and to

And the said party of the first part do es hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and vill defend the sawe against the lavful claims of all persons
vhomsoever.
