WITNESSETH: That the said part ies of the firat part, for and in
conaideration of the sum Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the said party of the secona part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, haVe granted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, forever, the followfng described
Zand situate, lqing and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
to-wit:
