UIITNESSETH: That the aaid part iea -of the first part, for acid in
consideration of the sum Ten Dollars and other good and valuable conaiderations
to.them in hand paid by the said party of thf second part, the receipt whereof ~
is hereby acknov2edged, ha ve granted, bargained aad sold to the said party~of ~
the aecond part, its successors~and assigns, forever, the following described
land situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
