AFFIDAVIT OF EVA H. BRAY
Now comes EVA H. BRAY, and being first put on osth, deposes and
says that she is one of the Grantees named in a Deed dated April 20, 1956,
and recorded in Deed Book 213 at page 455, among the S~. Lucie County Public
Records; that the other Grantee named in the said Deed was JA1~S L. BRAY; that
fran prior to April 20, 1956, through the date of his death on October 4, 1961,
your deponent, EVA H. BRAY, was continuously married to said JA1~S L. BRAY.
Depoaent~further says that the--total taxable estate of JAMES L. BRAY
was less than $ Q~ Y4(~~ ; and therefore was not subject to Florida estate
taxes.
Deponent further says that as Bxecutrix of the estate of JAI~S L. BRAY
she paid Federal estate taxes in the amount of $486.62 plus additional assessment
of $169.53 plus interest in the amount of $10.87 constituting all of the Federal
estate taxes owed by said estate.
Deponent further says that the estate of JAMBS L. BRAY is not further
liable for any State of Florida or Federal estate~taxes.
Furthex deponent saith not.
