THIS INDENrURE, made this 29th'day of July, A. D., 1968, between ~
J. D. TODD, individually and as Executor of the Last Will and Test-
ament of S. M, TODD, a/k/a SAMUEL M. TODD, Deceased, 3oined by his
wife, VIOLET KATHERINE TODD, Grantors, and LEO C. WEAVER and MILDRED
L. WEAVER, his wife, whose mailing address is 1608 Paseo, Fort Pierce,
Florida, Grantees:

That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and authority to him
given in and by said Last Will and Testame~t, and in consideration

~ of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
~ to him paid by the Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
uly~ remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, its successors
or assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and

Lot Block 2, HOPKIN'S SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on

County, Florida.
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belongling, or in anywise appertaining; and

j and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest,

? equity, which the Testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of

To have and to hold all and singular the above granted premises,
