TODD, individually and as Executor of the Last Will and Test- ament of S. M, TODD, a/k/a SAMUEL M. TODD, Deceased, 3oined by his wife, VIOLET KATHERINE TODD, Grantors, and LEO C. WEAVER and MILDRED L. WEAVER, his wife, whose mailing address is 1608 Paseo, Fort Pierce, Florida, Grantees: W T~TNESSETH - That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by said Last Will and Testame~t, and in consideration ~ ~ of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration ~ to him paid by the Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ~ ~ has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, uly~ remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, its successors or assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and 1 being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to-wit: ~ Lot Block 2, HOPKIN'S SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on f ile in Plat Book 3, Page 18, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belongling, or in anywise appertaining; and i ! the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues i j and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest, ~ ~ property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and ? equity, which the Testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of ~ his decease, and which the Grantor has, by virtue of the said Last ~ Will and Testament or otherwise of in and to the above ranted ~ > > g premises, and every part,and parcel thereof, and with the appurtenances.
