LAND USE RESTRICTIONS
Deed from J. Davis Bulluck,Jr., et al, conveyance to William B. Shreckengost,
Shirley I. Shreckengost, dated July 30, 196$, executed that date.
The ground floor area of the main structure , exclusive of one story
open porches, carports, garages, shall be not less than 1,200 square
feet for a one story building, nor less than $00 square feet per
floor for a dwellxng of more than one story.
Building setback and location:
No building shall be located on any lot nearer than $5 feet to the
front line or nearer than 25 feet to a side street line. No build-
ing shall be located nearer than 1$ feet to an interior lot line.
Lot area and width:

No dwelling shall be erected or placed on this property with a lot
width of less than 115 feet at the minimum building setback line ~
nor shall any dwelling be erected or placed on this property if the
property, has an area of less than one (1) acre.
All other property uses, not mentioned above, shall comply with the
minimum requirements as set forth in the Schedule of District Regu-
lations of St. Lucie County, Florida, as adopted September ~3, 1961,
