The above and foregoing cauae having come on for final hearing
on the date and at the time and place set forth in the Order to Show
Cause heretofore issued by this Court and in the notice addressed to
the St~ite of Florida and the several taxoayers, properi;y owners and
citizens thereof and of Alachua, Bay, Bradford, Brevard, Broward, Citrus,
Collier, Columbia, Dade, Duval, Escambia, Highlands, Hillsborough,
Jackson, Lake, Lee, Leon, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Monroe, Okaloosa,
Orange, Palm Beacl^., Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sarasota,
Seminole, Suwannee, Taylor, WashingLon and Volusia Counties, inclu3ing
non-residents owning property or sub~ect to taxation in such counties and

~ all others having or claiming any right, title or interest in property to

~ be affected by the issuance of the $53,000,000 Higher Education Bonds,
Series C of the State Board of Education of Florida, hereinafter more par-
ticularly described, or to be affected in any_way thereby, and as hereto-
~ fore issued against the State of Florida on Complaint of said State Board
of Education, and the State Attorneys for the First, Second, Third,
