by resolutions duly adopted, requast the State Board and the.State Budget
Commission to allocate and provide for the payment to such county boards
an aggregate sum of $21,730,000 from bond proceeds for the capital out-
lay pro~ects for the ~unior colleges described in the Acts and in such
resolutions. Such resolutions comply with the requirements of the Acts
~ and are legal and valid in all respects.
' S. Pursuant to the Higher Education Amendment and the Acts,
the Board of Public Instruction of the following counties, to-wit: Bay,
Bradford, Broward, Citrus, Collier, Dade, Escambia, Hillsborough, Lake,
Lee, Leon, Manatee, Orange, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, St. Johns,
Sarasota, Seminole, Suwannee, Taylor and Washington, by resolutions duly
adopted, requested the State Board and the State Budget Commission to
allocate and provide for the payment to such county boards an aggreg~te
sum of ~4,7?0,000 from bond proceeds for the capital outlay pro~ects for
the aNea vocational-~echnical centers desc~ibed in the Acts and said
resolutions. Such resolutions comply with the requirements of the Acts
and are legal and valid in all respects.
6. That the State Board heretofore on January 28, 1964,
adopted a resolution (hereinafter referred to as "Original Resolution")
pursuant to said Higher Educa~ion Amendz~:~~-=t and the applicable statutes
authori2ing the issuance of $75,000,000 Higher Education Bonds, Series A
~ (hereinafter referred to as "Series A Bonds"); that Section 5.01 of said

~ Original_Resolution provides for the issuance of additional Higher Educa-
~ tion Bonds under the terms, restrictions and conditions contained therein;
~ that the State Board did heretofore on February 1, 1966, adopt a resolu-
tion (hereinafter referred ta as "1966 Supplemental Resolution"~ pursuant
to said Higher Education Amendment, Section 5.01 of said Original Resolu-

~ tion t~nd the appiicable stat~;tes, authorizing i::~e issuance of $75,000,000
~ Higher Education Bonds, Series B(hereinafter referred to as "Series B
~
~ Bonds") on a parity with said Series A Bonds.
