DOUGLA33 T. WENDEL, as Trustee in Bankruptcy af the Estate of

H.~ ~ F. HOWE, party of the second part;
WITNES3ET~ the party of the first part, by virtue of the power
and authority given in hand by the Order of the United States District Court
for the Southern District of Florida, dated May 23, 1968 , and in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10. 00) and other valuable consideration,
lawful money of the United States, paid by the part~ of the second part,
does herebp grant, oonvey and release unbo the party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described property:
Lot 16, Block 8, of EARMONY HEIG8T3 ADDTTION #4, ~
