P$RSONALLY APP$ARED, before me, the unde;siqged authority,
CASSANDR~ LSE KIRHY, to me w~ell known to be, the person~also known
as, CASSANDRA LSE S~?PP, during her marriage to WAYN$ M. 3APP, which
marriage was terminated by annulment by Decree of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on May 9, 1966, and after being duly
sw~orn by me, deposes and says that CASSANDRA LSE RIRBY and CASSANDRA
LEE S~PP, are one and the same person. There also personally
appeared before me, ELIZABETH L. KIRBY, to me w~ell known, and after
being sworn by me, deposes and says that $LIZABSTB L. KIRBY and •
E. L. KIRBY are one and the same person, and that she is the Grantee
in the deed wherein SDG$WATSR RANC~S, INC., is Grantor, and recorded
in Deed Book 241, at Page 603, St. Lucie County Public Records.

~ Contract of Sale, of Lot 8 of Block C, of WEST BND.ADDITION, with

f ERNSST 1~TIPPS andlsGl~S NIPPS, his wife, and that pursuant to said
_Agr-eement, she executed and delivered to the said Ernest Nipps and
wife, a Warranty Deed to said Lot 8, of Block C, on October 13, 1961, ,
that said deed was executed by her in the name of $I.IZAB$TH L. DENISON,
a free dealer, formerly ELI?.~iBSTS L. RIRBY, and that E. D• KIRBY.
ELIZABETH L. KIRBY and ELIZABETH L. DENISON, are one and the same person.
