of said reservation hereinabov~e quoted unless and unti~ the said reservation
shall be subordinated to the lien of said mortgage, and party o# the second
par-t will not disburse and pay proceeds of safd mortgage except on the
condition that said reservation be subordinated to the 2ien of said mortgage
dated May 7, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, party of the first part, for and in con-
sidearation af the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations to it paid
by pa~ ty of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
and in order to induce said party of the second part to close the loan under

said mortgage dated May 7, 1968, has and hereby does in all respects
{fi subordinate the sa~id reservation hereinabove quoted ~o the lien of said
' mortgage and does agree and consent that said reservation and all rights
