F~RT LAUDERDALE, a banking association organized and existing uader the laws
of the United States of America, holder and owner of the certain mortgage deed
executed by Mpt,ppl,y g. yiLl,gR and MARIAN H. NILLER, his wife
to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN•FORT LAUDERDALE
Bearing date the 13th day of ~8ust , A. D. 19 64 , recorded in
Official Records Book 96 , Page 379 , in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida: and also the holder
and owner of the note in said mortgage deed copied or identified, said mortgage
deed securing said note and sums payable as therein set forth, upon the following
described property, situated, lying and being in St. Lucie • Cuunty, State
of Florida, to-wit:
NW-1/4 of SW-1/4 of Section 25, Township 34 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, less and excepting therefrom the North
330 feet thereof and the West 371 feet thereof, containing 29_.91
acres ~ore or less. Together ~ith an easement for drainage
purposes and for ingress and egress over and across the South 50
feet of the West 371 feet of the NW-1/4 of SW-1/4 of said
Section 25.

hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel of record said
