THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEID executed this ay of
June, in the year one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight, by
and between MARaARET M. COLE,.widow, of Baltimore.County, State of
Maryland, called Grantor, and THE DELTA CORPORATION, a body
corporate oP the State of Maryland, called Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor for and in considera-
tlon of the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars and other valuable con-
siderations to it in hand paid, the rece~~t whereoP is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
} released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remi$e, release, convey and confirm
unto the said Grantee, and its successors and assigns forever,
. all those certain parcels of land lying and being in the:County
af St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as

Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the North one-half of Lot and all
of Lots 9 and 10, all in Block 3, Mile-End Subdivision, as shown
on the Plat of said subdivision on file in Plat Book page 10
of the Public Records of St. I?ucie County, Florida; and also all
that certain portion of a road lying North of Lot l, Block 3,
and South of the Canal Right-of-Way and West oP 13th Street as
shown on the Plat of Mile-Ehd Subdivision and recorded in Plat
Book page l0 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and
estate, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or
in anywise appertaining.
TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
