THIS SPECfAL WARRANTY DEID, Made this~day of
June, in the year one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight, by
and between THE DELTA CORPORA~ION, a body corporate of the State
of Maryland, party of the first part, and MARGARET M. COLE, ~r3.doN,
of Baltimore County, State of Maryland, party of the second part,
and DORIS C. OSTENDARP (daughter of the said party of the second
part), party of the third part. -
WITNESSETH, That in consideration of the sum of Five
($5.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said The Delta Corpor-
ation, party hereto of the first part, does hereby grant and con-
vey unto the said Ma.rgaret M. Cole, party hereto of the second
part, for and during the period of her natural life, with full
powers to the said Margaret M. Cole during her lifetime, without
the consent or 3oinder of any remainderman, to sell, mortgage,
grant, convey, assign, lease or otherwise dispoae of (except by
Iast~Will and Testament) or encumber the property by this Deed

~ ~ granted and conveyed, and any and all interest therein (interest
~ ~ in remainder as well as life interest) and to use and consume

the proceeds thereof for her own use and benefit without account-

ability for the proceeds thereof and from and immediately aPter ;
the death of the said Margaret M. Cole, the remainder, insofar as ~
undisposed of in the exercise of said powers, unto the said ~

Doris C. Ostendarp, party hereto of the third part, her heirs ;
and assigns in fee simple, all those lots or parcels of ground ~
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
and more particularly described as follows:
~ Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the North one-halP of Lot ~ and all
of Lots 9 and 10, all in Block 3, Mile-End Subdivision, as ahown :
