of the Publyc Records of St. Iucie County, Florida; and also all
that certain portion of a road lying North of Lot 1, Block 3,
and South of the Canal Right of Way and West of 13th Street as
shown on the.Plat of Mile-End Subdivision and recorded in Plat
Book pa.ge l0 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
BEING all those lots or parcels of land which by Deed
dated of even date herewith and recorded or intended to be
recorded among the ~ublic Records of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, immediately prior hereto were granted and conveyed by
the said Margaret M. Cole, widow, unto the said The Delta
Corporation, the Grantor herein.
TOGETI~t with the buildings thereupon, and the rights,

alleys, ways, waters, privileges, appurtenances and advantages

thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the described lots of ground and

premises unto and to the use of the said Margaret M. Cole for
and during the period of her natural life, with all the powers
hereinbefore set forth, and from and immediately after the death
of the said Margaret M. Cole, the remainder insofar as undisposed
of in the exercise of said powers unto and to the use of the said
Doris C. Ostendarp, her heirs and assigns in Pee simple. `
AND the said party of the first part hereby covenants t
