service station site, and said easement being for the benefit of
such land. Thia easement shall exist so long as said well ia uae-
ful to party of the first part, its successors and asaigns.
SUBJECT, however, to canditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easemente, if any, of record AND taxea for the
year 1968 and subaequent year.
And the said party of the first part doea hereby specially warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever
claiming by, through or under it.
IN WIrNESS V1lHEREOF, the said party of the first part has-caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its proper officers, and its corporate seal
to be affixed, attested by its Secretary, the_ day and year above written.
