IQJOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, FLORENCS 8. MCCLURE
and VIOLA H. HREWER, as Executrices of the Estate of CICSRO A.
HILLIARD, Deceased, a/k/a C. A. HILLIARD, Deceased, in accordance ~
with an Order of Partial Distribution entered by the County Judge
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the G-~ day of August, 1968,
do hereby grant, bargain, assign and transfer unto FLORENCS H.
McCLURE, as to an undivided one-half interest and VIOLA H. BREWSR,
as to an undivided one-half interest, that certain mortgage bearinq
date the 18th day of August, 1959, made by J. B. BREWLR, JR. and
VIOLA B. BREWER, his wife, in favor of C. A. HILLIARD and EULA BELLE
HILLIARD, his wife, and recorded in Mortgage Book 158 at pages 656~
through 658, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
upon the property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as:
